Wolf Data Solutions (WDS), a division of Wolf & Company, is transforming how organizations use their data to make smarter, faster decisions. We combine strategic data advisory services — including Data & Technology Due Diligence, Data Landscape Assessments, and custom data engineering — with our proprietary InsightOut platform, an end-to-end data management and analytics solution.
Our team partners with private equity firms, financial institutions, and mid-market operators to turn data into a competitive advantage. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Technical Project Manager to help lead our growing portfolio of due diligence and data assessment engagements.
Role Overview
The Technical Project Manager will play a critical role in managing and delivering Wolf Data Solutions’ Due Diligence and Data Landscape Assessment engagements from sales through delivery. This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication, technical fluency, and project management expertise.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams — data engineers, analysts, consultants, and leadership — while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You’ll be responsible for scoping engagements, developing project plans, managing timelines, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring the successful delivery of actionable findings and recommendations.
