Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing and well-established firm. The Information Services Project Manager will support the Director of Information Services in managing and delivering IS projects for the firm. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the success of IS initiatives.


*Candidate is expected to work in-office once a week or as needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IS projects under the guidance of the Director of IS
  • Working with stakeholders across the firm, lead technology projects to meet business requirements
  • Develop project schedules, track progress, and report on status
  • Support resource allocation and coordination among team members
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes and status reports
  • Contribute to process mapping and workflow improvements
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
  • Meet regularly with business unit leaders as an IS Liaison to build an understanding of their business needs and partner alongside them to deploy appropriate solutions as needed
  • Participate in vendor management and communications as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, project support, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in a relevant field, demonstrating progressive responsibility and expertise
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Asana)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities


Preferred Skills:

  • Interest in pursuing project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of data analytics, business applications, and IT infrastructure
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000.


Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.  In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
