Overview

Wolf is seeking an experienced Technology Advisory Senior to join our Technology Advisory group within our growing and well-established national firm. This senior role requires a motivated, experienced professional with strong interpersonal and management skills who can build and maintain meaningful client relationships.  

 

*The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, PCI-QSA and/or HITRUST experience.

Responsibilities

  • Executes the day-to-day activities of IT audit engagements, including: identification of risks and controls; testing control implementation and operation; performing walkthrough and interviews with client personnel; collecting and evaluating evidence; drafting audit findings and reports; recommending control enhancements; and similar tasks in the context of IT audits and SOC audits;  leads assessments including test plan preparation, reviewing documentation and evidence, interviewing clients, and evaluation client policies and procedures
  • Evaluates the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business cycle
  • Identifies and communicates IT audit findings to management
  • Helps identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients
  • Supervises and provides performance management for IT audit staff working on assigned engagements 

Qualifications

  • 4+ of experience in IT Audit, Cybersecurity, or general technology controls
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
  • Experience performing various IT Audit assessments and controls reviews along with recommending, designing and advising on applicable IT controls
  • Have a good understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., SSAE 18/SOC, HIPAA, ISO-27001, COSO, NIST, etc.) and best practices and methodologies to address these requirements. Ability to apply these requirements to organizational internal control frameworks
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to write at a publication quality level in order to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's senior management team
  • Ability to travel as necessary

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000. 


Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.  In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
