Overview

Wolf & Company is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our growing and well-established national firm. The role involves driving recruitment processes to support our continued growth and requires recruiting for a broad range of functions and levels within the organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced and highly driven professional with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This position offers hands-on experience, training, and growth opportunities in a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate should be eager to be challenged and looking to start and grow their career in People Services.

 

*Preferred candidates have experience working in or recruiting for the accounting/public accounting industries
**Candidate must be located in New England (RI, MA, Southern New Hampshire)
***Candidate must be able to work on-site in Boston, MA as needed

Responsibilities

  • Manages the full lifecycle of the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, qualifying and closing prospective talent for roles across Audit, Tax, Advisory, and Corporate Functions
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with Hiring Managers, leaders, and other People Services team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to actively build and nurture the candidate pipeline
  • Develops and implements recruiting strategies to source, identify, and attract the best talent
  • Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Effectively conducts interviews to identify and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
  • Utilize iCIMS ATS throughout the full recruitment lifecycle to track candidates, post job openings, and streamline recruitment workflows
  • Stays informed of industry trends, talent market insights, innovative recruiting techniques, and best hiring practices
  • Ensures the highest level of candidate care by providing timely communication and guidance
  • Consistently identifies areas of process improvement and provides recommendations to ensure the Talent Acquisition team maintains efficiency
  • Supports in driving the firm’s Inclusion & Diversity strategy through recruitment efforts
  • Maintains positive online presence and leverages social media to engage prospective candidates
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Wolf & Company’s presence as an employer of choice
  • Promotes and strengthens the firm brand in the external marketplace
  • Participates in campus recruiting activities as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1+ year in the accounting/public accounting industry
  • Demonstrated ability to source and hire for a wide range of roles across various functions and levels
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, ADP, or similar ATS
  • Expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing, candidate outreach, and building talent pipelines to attract and engage top talent
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive
  • Experience working in Adobe Acrobat and Smartsheet a plus
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment
  • Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple roles, and balance various tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time-management skills, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation in the applicant tracking system
  • Willingness to work on-site as needed
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000.


Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
